Stop re-explaining to your agents.
Your usual agent retrieves the project’s context and decisions, maintains its documentation, uses your services without seeing your keys and carries the work through to production. No more re-explaining everything in every conversation.
Free plan for one project, no credit card. Your usual agent is all you need.
01 / Pick up the thread
New conversation.
Same head start.
Why this technical choice? What have we already tried? What comes next? Your agent retrieves the answers from the project’s published documentation, with their rationale and sources.
Your decisions stay available, even when you switch agents.
02 / Keep up as the project grows
Your agent maintains the docs.
You move the project forward.
Fileaify gives your agent a method: what to record, where it belongs and when to update it. Changes follow your publication policy.
It knows the code.
Give it the why.
Your project’s method gives the agent a structure to follow: which documents to maintain, what belongs in each one and when an update is needed. As work progresses, it proposes changes with their rationale and supporting evidence. You choose whether publication requires your review.
- Reusable templates, adapted to your project
- Updates prepared by your usual agent
- Published versions and reviewable changes
All the context. In one place.
Documents that tell you why.
03 / Approve the right access
Give access to your services.
Keep your keys out of chat.
Describe your services once, store their keys in the vault and approve your agent’s requests. For supported operations, Fileaify uses the keys on its behalf without revealing their values.
You choose the resource and duration. You can revoke access.See an example permissionThe agent receives permission, not your key.
Illustrative example~/verdant $ npm test
✓ Tests completed
~/verdant $ ./deploy.sh ${vault://verdant-host/deploy}
✓ Verdant is live
key used, masked in the output: ••••••••
~/verdant $ _
The agent writes the reference. Fileaify supplies the value, then masks it.
04 / Get the work done
Test, deploy, ship.
With your keys, never shown to the agent.
Locally, your agent writes code. To test it against a real API, deploy it or query a database, it needs keys: pasted into the chat or left in a file it can read. In the executor, it simply writes ${vault://verdant-host/deploy} in its command. Fileaify supplies the value for that command only and masks it in the output: your agent sees that it worked, never the key.
05 / See it in action
Live demo available
Watch your agent pick up
a project it has never seen.
The Verdant game is ready. Your agent reads its decisions and priorities, suggests an improvement and requests access. Watch the game change and review the documentation update it prepares.
Try the demo with my agentYour usual agent. Nothing to download or install.Find your bearings. Your agent reads the project and its priorities.
Give your approval. You control access and publication.
See what changes. The game evolves. The project remembers.
06 / Start on your own project

Create your free workspace, then give this address to your agent. It discovers the protocol; you choose the project and approve its connection.

Do I need a different agent or editor?
No. Fileaify works alongside your existing tools. Your agent needs to read a URL and call an authenticated API, or use the MCP connector. Try the demo to see how it works with your own agent.
My documentation is already in Git. What changes?
Keep the repository instructions and documents that already work for you. Fileaify adds a hosted workflow for documentation rules, agent contributions, publication review and controlled service access. Choose one authoritative location for each piece of information; Fileaify does not automatically synchronize Git files. Its value depends on the work it saves you, not on how many repositories or people you have.
My agent already remembers the project. What does Fileaify add?
Resuming a conversation and reading maintained project documentation serve different purposes. Your tool may already provide both. Fileaify makes published context available to authorized agents through a shared documentation method and contribution workflow. It does not capture every conversation automatically: information must be submitted and published. The useful comparison is what a fresh session can retrieve and how that information stays current.
Can agents use my credentials without seeing them?
Yes, through brokerage and the executor: credentials are used on the service side after your approval. Exporting a credential value is a separate mechanism, disabled by default and subject to specific permissions.
Do I have to approve every change?
You choose the project’s documentation policy: human review or automatic publication for authorized agents. Service access still requires its own permissions. One setting never grants the rights of the other.
Do I have to give Fileaify access to my servers?
No. Project documentation requires neither server access nor stored credentials. The executor is optional. If you use it to connect to a server, you choose the destination, account and credential; root access to your server is not required. Use permissions appropriate to the task. Hosting documentation or credentials with Fileaify remains a trust decision: review the published security and data policies.
What is simulated in the demo?
The game repository and hosting are simulated inside your temporary workspace. The game, documents, access requests and approvals really work. You need no GitHub account or personal secrets for this trial.
